TUITION:  Enrollment in the Tri-Cities Academy of Ballet and Music is based on a 36 week school year.  Accordingly,  installment tuition is based on 8 equal payments regardless of the number of lessons in a particular month.  1^st payment due the day after registration and then on the 5^th of each of the following months October, November, January, February, March, April & May.  There is no payment in December or June.  No tuition deduction or allowance shall be made by reason of the absence, withdrawal, suspension, or dismissal of the student. Tuition is not transferable and is non-refundable unless withdrawal is due to prolonged illness or injury verified by a doctor's certificate.

NEW DANCE STUDENTS may withdraw up to the fourth lesson for a full refund (including registration fee).  This refund does not apply to current students, returning students, or music students.  After the fourth lesson, all regular tuition policies apply.

PAYMENT BY AUTOMATIC BANK ACCOUNT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD CHARGE :  Tuition will be debited from your bank account on the 5th day of each month from October-May or charged to your credit card the 5th day of each month.  The first installment is non-refundable and will be debited from your account the day after registration along with  the registration fee.   Payment must be made by pre-authorized automatic monthly payment.   All NSF returns will be charged a $20 NSF fee.  Only regular monthly fees may be paid by auto-debit or credit card.

REGISTRATION: A non-refundable fee of $30 per familiy required yearly at time of registration.

FAMILY DISCOUNT: There is a 20% discount on the tuition of additional family members.

WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS:   There is a two-month minimum for all lessons. Withdrawals for the months of September through April must occur by the 15th of the month. No withdrawals will be accepted after May 1.  Withdrawal by emailing registrar@tricitiesacademy.com by the 15th of the month.  Withdrawals will not be accepted over the phone.  All automatic bank debiting or credit card charges will stop after the one-month notice period. Tri-Cities Academy of Ballet and Music reserves the right to terminate lessons to any students without notice.
